  1. Profound bradycardia, irregular without obvious P-waves (therefore slow AF)
    Wandering baseline.
    Looks like Osbourne J-waves.

    Likely HYPOTHERMIA.
    – DDx: ischaemia, hyperkalaemia or drugs (beta-blockers, CCBs, dig-toxicity etc).

    Osborn or J waves are present.

    Most likely context is a snap-frozen patient.
