Im Andre a doc from New Zealand.  Yes New Zealand with the fuzzy fruit and Flightless birds.

I will be posting cases, hints and tips.

My hope is to teach people a few things and learn some myself it he spirit of #FOAMed.

This year I will be working mostly in rural general practice and some ED work.
